    After our stay in Seal Rocks, we continued up the coast and next stop was Nambucca and Scotts Head. We didn't stay for a very long time before going on to Coffs Harbour, where we spent the night. We slept in a backpackers room, but the place was apparently also a night club with the speciality of huge bass. Our legs literally shaked because of it, and it took some time before we could sleep.
