    ... San Marcos. By then my legs had given out, so I found a bench and waited for them to come back. My phone says I walked about 6,000 steps today. It's not a record, but it's pretty good for me.

    We left Rebounderz and had lunch in St. Augustine. From there we headed south to Ft. Gates to take the ferry across the St. Johns River. It's a small ferry that can carry only two cars.     We are just beginning to pack and prepare for the trip. We've been talking about it for so long, and now it's just days away. I can't believe it is finally here! We have lots to get ready, but soon we'll be on our way, with literally nothing more than the clothes on our backs. The thought is so freeing.
