    If someone is in need, Leon is the first to step up to lend a hand. I mentioned his work area in a previous post and I included a picture today. His so called "Hacienda Home Depot" cache of supplies is there for the benefit of anyone who can use it. He doesn’t like to waste anything and can find uses for just about any bit or piece of material. Waste not, want not, right?

    The tour began at 1:00, just after we arrived. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, especially since he has only worked for them for less than three months. He was obviously a very quick study. They started the tour with a sample of their fudge and also with a piece of, get this, chocolate covered bacon. It’s their number two seller. Cheryl didn't like the bacon sample and by the way, their chocolate is gluten free.

    ... awake. It is 2:49 am back home, but we are trying to readjust our internal clocks. We have been flying for about an hour now. We were just served nuts in a glass bowl and choice of drinks. We both chose to have white wine and water. The wine wasn't very good . We have no idea what to expect as far as meals and timing.
