So thankful for ricks driving.... Went through underground bridge, many long over the water bridges and lots of miles today. Saw Mississippi, Alabama, and now in Florida. Takes 2 days to get through Texas and 2 hours to get through Mississippi and Alabama. Drove through New Orleans but didn't stop. Do have an answer to one of our questions... No, eating creole food doesn't help with Mosquitos. Oh well, didn't hurt to try! We did find ...

Hello again from the Florida panhandle. We had a leisurely morning again. I know, I sound like a broken record here. Well, that's just how we roll.

After a nice bacon, hash browns and egg breakfast that Cheryl cooked we took off to give Harley a walk. It was warm out but not too hot for his feet on the paved areas. We walked toward the water at the park (they actually call this place a resort) and saw a family, mom, dad and two young boys in ...

... than Walmart and to be honest, the clientele is a bit better.

We took the I-10 east, and we only had a drive of about 58 miles. Cheryl called the place we are heading to for directions, after learning the hard way that the GPS isn’t always the best route. Once again, the route calculated by the GPS was 20 miles further, and for no apparent reason. Technology is definitely a double edge sword.
