Apart from that i've had a relatively chilled out day!, and in fairness i'm really gutted to be leaving Dubai tomorrow as its one of the nicest cities i've ever been too. ... In the evening we went to the Dubai Mall. This is a very popular mall with all the top designers and labels as well as a ski slope and ice skating rink (as you do in the desert). From the "when in Rome..." category I sampled a McArabia from MacDonalds. Ruby and I went ice skating while Dawn and Emily shopped. We visited the Dubai Museum, took the obligatory ride across the Dubai Creek in an Abra to the Gold and Spice Souk area for look. Helen and I had covered this area on our first day there, which was good because with the tour group it was a quick trip and a short time to wander around. Some of us bought some nice jewellery!

It was a good way to cool down as the temp was in the mid 40's.
After drying off a little it was back to the Mall Of The Emirates to get something to eat before trying to get an early night as we have an early flight tomorrow.
