... picked out the house he wanted!

We spent a few hours settled on the beach and Dan went to catch a few waves just off the shore. I was reading up on the Caribbean and the more I read the more options there were and the more complicated it got. All the beaches look so good but we are only on each island for a day so want to get the best out of it.

Balboa downtown was next on the agenda for the afternoon but there wasn't an awful lot ...

... it's beef over rice, with vegetables, served WITH FRENCH FRIES. Yup! Double the starch! Add lentils to that and you have a starch trifecta!

And beds....sometimes they are just the box springs. I guess some rooms have only a mattress. Wasn't lucky enough to get that room. Certainly does stretch the bed budget! Tried sleeping on a box spring with just a sheet? Well, tried doing it with two rods in your back? Imagine ...

... scolded us humans for our treatment of them, slapped us with air jets, sprayed us with 'acid' from the backs of the seat and even prodded us all over while we sat innocent in the seats. Last day at Disneyland

Today was my 4th and last day at Disneyland. The day started early for a magic morning. We got to the park at 7am and stayed for 13 hours..... A very long day. We visited both parks and did all of the cool rides we hadn't done and some we already had. My two favourite rides were California Screamin' and tower of Terror.
