Edie's eye is much better this morning, thank goodness. Today is all about The Bus. Waiting for the bus, transferring to other buses, riding the bus. In total about 8 hours. This is the local bus, public transport for the masses. Air conditioned but I guarantee no shock absorbers. It cost us $5 each for a whole days transport. It was scenic with mountains one side and the sea the other. When we reached the North Shore we passed Sunset ...

still lying in their bikini’s or boardies though. We gave up and caught the bus
to the next town thinking we might lie at the beach there. The weather didn’t
improve ...

... had 3 water slides (and a fourth but it was closed) and 2 hot tubs. It was very fun to slide but soon my sister and I felt like there was more to be done. So we decided to rent paddle boards. A paddle board is just like a surf board except instead of using waves for power you stand on it and use an extended paddle to paddle. It came to me much more naturally than it did to my sister so by the end of the 3rd race she invented a new game that is now known as splashy wars. This was ...
