    ... Brisbane River. I stopped at South Bank which features the Brisbane Wheel, parkways, and a large swimming area for kids. I walked quite a while just enjoying the people and scenery.
    We finally have firmed up plane reservations and a room in Cairns for 5 nights starting April 14th. Jim decided driving 3400 kilometers in 10 days is just too much. Thank goodness! I wonder how many round-abouts there are in 3400 ...

    ... to jump start the car, said he could not guarantee how long it may last til it cuts out again. He told us to try our luck, so off we went (about 8km) back to Emma's house. We made it by the skin of our teeth - car lights and alerts flashing all the way!! By the time we got home it was around midnight and we pretty much crashed out in our huge comfy bed!
