... Our first job was to negotiate our way out of the city and onto the Bruce Highway heading north. Joff made us a classic 'Aussie Burger' for dinner consisting of a big beef pattie, bacon, cheese, fried egg, beetroot, salad and tomato in a big crusty bap with sweet potato wedges!
