Like most cities it's a bit scary at first but with one very small detour (stupid Bruce, the sat nav) we found our way. We visited the rainforest conservation centre and had a lovely walk with a great view of the jungle from up high. Then we found a free campsite for the night. We headed south towards Newcastle and visited the Great Lakes although bad weather meant we ended up in Newcastle for dinner and then drove towards Sydney for our final night of ...

Up early, 7am sharp! Phone calls home! Walked round to Split Endz hairdressers for 9am, Daryl got a haircut! Looking great. Filled up on breakfast back at the house! Had a very lazy morning before walking over to the Civic shopping centre to pick up some lunch and to stretch our legs for an hour! It was scorching on the walk there and it poured with rain as we were walking home, which felt just lovely, as we thought we might bake! We had lunch ...
