    ... recreational spot for fishing and now a protected site of heritage in the area. There was supposedly something really special about it's history but I didn't see it, or maybe I just didn't understand, still I've been and learnt something about how they used to work when they cut down logs and lived on site for years at a time right in the middle of what we now call the Everglades.     ... I guess mooloolaba and good luck ! We worked Australia Day evening and it was really good... They had yabbie races, Australia Day specials on food and cocktails and giant Jenga. So it's was mainly glass clearing and chatting with customers whilst rocking out to the hottest 100 hits of the summer. Good day but feeling very tired ! So we went to bed pretty quickly.
