Days 14 - 17 Awesome week at Whistler!!
... down toward Whistler Village and it looks like little Lego houses, it looks just so small and picture perfect nestled into the valley. From Whistler you can't even see some of the peaks because there are mountains, behind mountains many still with snow on their peaks. Once we arrived at the other side, we decided to go on a looping hike around the peak.....just beautiful, we actually both felt a little headachy from the altitude...but some deep breathing cured that. ...
Sea to Sky and Back Again
... I looked at the photos I realized he had been arranging his desired settings and had taken a few shots of us not paying attention to him, they were completely candid and actually quite cool. We strolled through the rest of the village and checked out the shops before heading back to Langley. A very long and exhausting day, but totally worth it, beautiful sights and great experiences.

My new found love of Whistler Mountain
... s flat, we figured it's best we drink lots of beer with lunch. Andy joins us later and we have more beers and further on go for more of a walk round the village to the Olympic rings. Pick up is at 4pm so we do our best to fill in time. There's always time for another beer huh?
Fast bus drive back to Vancouver and we stay at HI hostel Jericho beach. We decide to all cook a curry together then a walk to the beach and pier to watch the sunset and photos. A jolly lovely ...
Whistler en de Olympische Spelen
... camper wordt de volgende ochtend compleet ondergescheten door een arend, die boven onze camper in een tak zit. Na het ontbijt gaan we het centrum in. We kennen Whistler natuurlijk van de Olympische Spelen in 2010, hier werden namelijk de ski-onderdelen afgewerkt. Het is een oergezellige wintersportplaats, waar ook in de zomer nog geskied kan worden. We parkeren onze camper en komen dan al uit op het Olympic Plaza, waar alles nog aan de Spelen doet ...
An ode to nursing

- -A patients dog had died, so the family had brought it in for a "viewing" the nurse had to wheel the patient downstairs to the car that contained her dead dog to view it.
- -The nurse returned to the shower and asked the patient "Where is the soap", the patient lifted up her fat roll and revealed the soap casually stating "I couldn't reach the shelf"
- -A VERY obese patient with a broken leg ...
