Having an early night and looking forward to a beach day tomorrow. I've been away a month today, it's gone so quickly that I'm starting to worry I won't see as much as I want, best get planning some ...

This is an aboriginal area and is not well known but well worth the visit. There are some amazing cave formations which have been formed over 1000's of years. There are also some beautiful views over the forest.
Once again it was a very cold night and we made good use of our heater.

We left Coonabarabran at about 9.30 ...

... on the telly every week and i was absolutely devastated when he tragically died. I vowed to myself that i would visit the zoo to see his legacy and i managed to fulfill that vow. The zoo, without going overboard with adjectives, is absolutely amazing! We were there for 6 hours and just about managed to get round it all! We took in a show at the famous Crocoseum (starstruck!), made friends with some pretty cool kangaroos and cuddled up to the cutest koala i have ever seen! I even got ...
