... Gold Coasts. Parked in a rest stop for the night, but it is so hot we can't be bothered to cook, so it's cheese & biscuits and a cheeky Merlot for tea. A little theatric but I was amazed. They had rapator, vultures, large eagles and the largest bird a condor, as well as mackaws and lerakeets, and cockatiels, all in flight. It was the highlight for me. The show ends with 2 guys feeding a huge saltwater croc. It just looked dangerous.

So then we all chilled out on the sand patch and talked some more before setting off on our 6km walk back through the rainforest, to do a 7km canoe ride back to camp. We we're out for hours, with no food, little ...

... a tiny little place but the reason we were spending the night there was as the following morning there was a huge artisan market which started at 7.30am so figured we might as well wake up there! We walked around the town but hardly anything was going on and it was dead. Instead we went for a swim at the pool. The next morning Eumundi was like a different place entirely! The empty field our cam was parked in yesterday was now surrounded by hundreds of cars! The ...
