... cream cones, boat-to-boat!
The kids got their fill of the Ringo (tube) riding - with Adam pulling them around for about 2 hours. We fished (caught nothing), and got many pics of the kids, Ryan and Kristy jumping off the top deck of the boat. It was a peaceful, fun, beautiful cove, and a great relaxing way to spend the last full day.
... and go. I did it. My vanity had already taken a massive hit for the past 2.5 weeks, so why stop now? We went to the ruins in Kos, which were interesting, and far more visited than those in Astipalia. There were magnificent views from the hilltop fortress remains, with many a photo-op. ... many bumpy roads we were do pleased to get there. After going through customs we were pleased to be sitting on the ferry at 9am. We left at 9.30 and had a 50 minute journey to Kos. The journey was comfortable as we arrived a number of huge Gulets left packed with people off to sail around the island. By the time we got off the ferry it was 10.30am and we had until 5.30pm to take in some of the sights. We decided to have a drink then look at the map and decide what ...

... Charley has chosen to be in a single bed in the other part of our room. Everyone is happy and (predictably) the kids's room is already a bomb site.
