      ... video of the fantastic Steve Irwin. He was such an incredible man. Jonny and I were so interested in reading all about him and his family, and looking at pictures and videos, which were of course all over the zoo. So incredible!! At 2 we watched another crocodile show, where he was literally standing right next to the river, and at some points, he didn't have any food on him - such a brave guy!       Today we had a good morning walk into Noosa. This is one pretty and smart place. We had lovely breakfast back at the site. We are just on the Noosa river banks. We made plans to test our little boat but we needed some gear. We bought lifejackets and petrol for the boat. The afternoon was spent honing my fishing skills which up to now were poor.

      ... off to bed.
      Note that the Carpet python in the tree at the park was wild and right next to a one year old birthday party! Quite remarkable really!! Harmless but still a huge scary snake on the loose!
