Today was a trip to a State Park about 1 hour's drive north of Coppell. Whilst most of the drive was along freeways we passed through farming country with horse ranches and cattle before entering the park. ... The "salad bar" was awesome with a ton of salads and sides. The the "servers" come around with endless amounts of different types of meats.
