Historical Traveler Reviews The Napili Bay Lahaina

      Loved the Napili Bay

      from

Absolutley perfect. A quiet little paradise right here. Beautiful beach even more perfect sunrises and sunsets. Would reccomend to one and all

      218!

      from

We love Napili for being close to Kannapali and Lahaina. The Napili Bay is nice and quiet, right on the beach. We stayed in unit 218, which is on the end, so its quiet. The owners have recently renovated and the tile work and kitchen are beautiful. We ate breakfast every morning in the unit before heading out to snorkel. There is a nice lanai with a table for two and boogie boards and beach chairs for your use.

Make sure to snorkel around the cove and see the turtles.

I highly recommend staying at Napili, 218.

      Incredible

      from

you can't ask for a better location on maui. i especially like units 208 and 209. they are literally "on the beach" and have all the amenities of home. for your "true" hawaiian vacation, pick napili bay!

      Wonderful Vacation in Hawaii

      from

Just a wonderful place to stay.Very peaceful, private and just a beautiful unit with a lovely ocean view from the lanai with the sound and aroma of the ocean waves rolling in..All the kitchen utensils are available for cooking when you want to just hang out ..Grounds are very exotic and well groomed.Just a fabulous sand beach with gorgeous sunsets.A perfect play area for all that enjoy the water and sunshine and watching for an occasional whale breaching in the distance.Nice picnic area with with gas grills and picnic tables for the gathering of friends and family.Friendly and very helpful staff.Would certanly recommend this resort to any one wanting to stay in Maui.

      Napili Bay #201

      from

We loved our stay at this wonderful resort. #201 is a real jewel as is the beach, surf and views. We hope to be back some day.

      Napili Bay 217

      from

Napili Bay 218 was a great condo and working with the owner Claudio at Aloha Condos was a great. We loved the condo and its quiet location. Be sure to go snorkeling in the bay. We saw a turtle and much more. The bays just north of here are killer too!! Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. :)

Best condo location and rate in Maui! Amazingly close to the best beach!

      from

Napili Bay 217 is a wonderful condo, just steps away from the fabulous Napili Bay and Beach; it met our needs and more for our stay in Maui! The Napili Bay Resort is a very quaint 2 story resort, allowing you to not feel overwhelmed by people or concrete! Condo 217 has a lovely ocean view and is fully equipped and decorated with a tropical Hawaiian theme to match the peaceful gardens outside. Fall asleep at night with the lull of the sounds of the ocean. Being on the 2nd floor, created a more private, quieter and romantic environment than the friends we had staying in one of the other condos on the first floor.

      Breathtaking

      from

My wife and I celebrated our 15th Anniversary at Napili Bay in August 2003. It was wonderful. The views were amazing. We snorkeled in the bay everyday. We found it better there than at Black Rock. This is a great place if you want to be away from the highrise hotels and loads of people. There can be crowds but nothing like Kaanapali. You fall asleep and awake to the sounds of the waves hitting the beach and the trade winds keep you comfortable, even in August.

      Will return every year!

      from

Just returned today from #102 - what a view, what a beach! check out apvacations.com to see what we woke up to every morning! Many vacationers from other high-end resorts came to this lovely hidden spot. The water is great for snorkeling, the beach has a steep shoreline for the boogie borders to slide into (fun to watch), and the resort itself is low-key and perfect for that quiet get-away. You really feel like family and not just a guest. P.S. -hope the newlywed who lost his wedding ring in the water was contacted by the little boy who found it on the shore!!!

      A True Aloha Condo Experience

      from

This has been heavenly - we don't want to leave since we know this is as close to heaven on earth as two people can be. We will cherish our memories of "Napili Bay 201" and definitely be back again. Whale watching, rainbows, and early morning walks on the beach are some of our favorite memories of Napili Bay.

Well, it is actually here! We have talked about doing this trip for years and here it is. Traveling went smoothly and we thoroughly enjoyed our flight in the Westjet PLUS seating. Really glad I looked into whether we could get those seats for the same number of Avion points!!! We were zipped through the security screening in the airport and boarded …

On my end, I was fortunate enough to attend two work gatherings. The first, in my old stomping grounds of Grand Junction, was to meet with hiring managers at St. Mary's Hospital. The second, I flew to Denver for a recruitment ...

Yesterday (Friday) in Maui we went whale watching, to be honest we didn't really need to go as the bay where we docked was literally teeming with whales so you could see them so well from the ship, apparently this area is a sanctuary for whales coming down from Alaska to breed. I wouldn't be exaggerating if I said we saw at least 50, some ...

... was completely different terrain to that of backside. Whereas the back route was open oceanside views, we now quickly found ourselves in lush jungle-like terrain. And the best part? Because we got to the end of the highway so fast, we found ourselves beating the line of cars on the way back down. Again, getting a convertible was probably one of our best decisions, because driving the island with the top down was all part of the experience that made it all the more ...

It's like a subdivision which we can only see part way in because of the exclusiveness. George Clooney lives in here. In Hanalei Bay we saw Soul Surfer where a shark took the arm of a local female surfer who after the accident is now ranked in the top ten in the world. We took pictures of this are and this was also where Puff the Magic Dragon ...
