    ... no where in sight compared to the Shore at Katathani this place is nothing. The staff member then handed me a uniform which i then put on and then the last thing we would do that day was tour around the camp so i could get my bearings on where I had to be, what time and introduce me to some of the people i would be working with over the next week.     I wish I could describe to you our excursion to James Bond Island, or how we spent a day riding and grooming elephants or the interesting Temples we explored, or describe the bustling city of Bangkok but that will have to wait for another visit.

    ... go covered up to Thailand! Anyway, after getting harassed, we finally found a place where we could book our tour to ride the elephants for 30 minutes and visit the Big Buddha temple for $30. Total steal. They key is to negotiate though and be aggressive and do NOT budge with your pricing. Thanks to Monica, we made this happen. Anyway, our tour wasn't until 3:30 PM so we decided to take advantage of the day by the beach.
