    ... Was going to try and call in on an old school friend, Craig Lynch. He works at the Queensland art gallery/ gallery of modern art. He contacted me yesterday and said they were suffering some bad news of late and that he would not be at work... So I'll have to catch up at another date.     ... my scene.

    We stopped at Mooloolaba and Colundra which were much the same. Mike and I wanted to stop for a beer but in the end we parked at King's Beach and most places were closing for the day, so we got bottles of coke and drove home.

    We had some wine when we got back and have decided that Chateau Cardboard is a very nice tipple! Mike made dinner of Aussie pies which were really nice. I wish he would let me help but I only managed to do a bit of drying ...

    ... a bit overwhelmed with all the steps to setting up - very different to MiniWinni where we just pulled up, put the step out and were done! We only travelled about 30kms that afternoon to a free camp Guyra and were pleased to set up in about 12 minutes .... and not one argument either!
