Unlike a normal conference, we weren't given the option of picking and choosing what workshops we wanted to attend, instead each session built on the previous one and they all linked together in some way over the duration of the institute.       We decided to take a 2 minute walk down the street to Buzzards bar and grill. Based on Trip Advisor reviews, I thought this would be a fantastic place to eat dinner, admiring the view of the Sea of Cortez... not so much.       ...As we crest a hill the ranch house comes in to view. A little oasis in this vast mountainous mostly desert landscape.
