... The township of Monteville looked gorgeous with old buildings, cafes, restaurants and interesting shops. A bit like Berrima but more shops and trendier. It would be a lovely spot to come to for brunch or lunch in Summer to avoid the heat. There are B&Bs, galleries, spas and expensive looking accommodation throughout the hills. I think it's a town to visit with the girlfriends and leave the husbands at home or in the pub. We visited Maleny Dairy to get yoghurt ...

... of school holidays, so up went the prices.

I do feel sorry for young families who like to get away and give their kids a holiday at the beach, only to be charged exorbitant prices for the privilege.

... they fitted out. As a couple of examples of the workmanship:
Full height wardrobe this was a pain as it is right in a corner, hard to get to and everything has to be finished spot on. No way were they going to even think of sideswiping any corners. Just trying to fit the shelves, and then cut out, and fit it all. Issue after issue hour after hour. Well that was a couple of weeks ago.

... really feeling so we headed straight down to Byron Bay. Great decision! Byron bay was awesome although finding a sleeping spot spot is a slight pain. We went to the Rails and saw a great live band before meeting some guys from the Fraser tour for some drinks. We checked out the town, went to the beach, got the biggest piece of cake I have ever seen and booked our sky dive! We went out to the beach bar the next night and saw ...
