    ... br> A little over a year ago we public transported ourselves down to Beaudesert to pickup our Hyundai. We saved nearly $3,000 on the car so we thought that worth while. However it took 7.5 hours by public transport and we were knackered. No way were we going to repeat that little exercise.

    What to do?

    I've been driving now the last few days! I went into Maroochydore Saturday, 15 min drive down the road, beaches and the shops and such.     ... Australia. Checked into Treasure Island - a very large hotel on the Strip, took time to make some decisions and then took our first walk along the Strip. What an interesting place! There were people everywhere carrying drinks of all sizes. Yard and half yard glasses were very popular.     ... flip flops then we walked around to Noosa River for a bit before we had lunch and a break. We headed back to the hostel in the afternoon to pick up our bags and head to the bus station as we had an overnight bus at 5pm. Lazy day for a change. Got on the bus then drove up the coast to our next stop. Even stopped on the way for a dinner break which wasn't bad. Slept on the bus as well for a change, although the seats didn't recline all the way back. No complaints though......

    ... sit on a plush sofa in the cool serene surroundings to connect ourselves to their complimentary wifi on our own tablets. In fact, we visited almost everyday and even sat outside in the evenings to contact our family back home via Facetime.
