... There were signs everywhere saying no smoking, no drugs, no camping, no sleeping and all the other rules. Inside each park were men that were shirtless, had their bags with belongings inside with tents next to them and were smoking marijuana quite openly. It could have been just because of this weekend, but was probably just the way Colorado is with it being one of the two states that legalized marijuana. The other being my state in Washington. ...
