... on the other Loveland base (Loveland Valley). We were skiing on Loveland Basin. So we decided to connect at the bottom of Loveland Basin. As they were skiing down to the base - Vienne lost control and went into the trees and hit a tree head on. The ski patrol had to get her out of the trees as she suffered a concussion. They took her via ambulance all the way back to the Denver children's hospital in Aurora. ...

... good thing! Then back to Peak 9, where we ended the day coming down Colombia to Lower American - it was great! We both really enjoyed the blues and greens, and were skiing together!
