... Movie World were my favourites! There was one slide back at Wet 'n' Wild which blew me away. This slide that started vertical. You hopped into this canister, they holler "3, 2 1..." then BOOM! They press their magic 'floor removing button' and you're on your way. Dropped down this tube so, bloody fast!

I decided to spend the morning sunbathing, so after I'd had breakfast and checked out I went a laid by the pool. I've quite enjoyed my time at surfers, even if it has been a little lonely! After sunbathing pretty much all morning Kirsten said she could meet me for 10mins before I leave, I had to pop to Coles anyways to get some bits for lunch, so I waited in town to hear from her but she didn't have time ect.. ... Lights fireworks at English Bay. There was a DJ playing top 40's. 5min before midnight it started to drizzle and us and a group of teenagers who were right next to us were just like WTF. ... as it's just 6 lane hiways all the way, but it changed heaps when we headed off the motorway into Byron bay, which is a cool wee place. It's very much a holiday town with surfies and druggie types the majority. We drove through the town and up to the most Eastery spot in Australia where there are spectacular views and a lighthouse still in operation. It's be turned into a tourist attraction. ... a sketchy idea of what had happened. The reception filled in the blanks next day. A girl had passed out and people thought that her drink had been spiked, so called an ambulance. Her friends were too drunk to remember how to open the security gate so kicked it down. The girl was not drugged but just extremely drunk!
