    ... another border crossing further north, about a 10min drive. We got there and couldn't believe the line to enter Mexico, super long. Upon reaching the check point we were secondaried again. This time we had to fill out a piece of paper stating what we had, it was all in Spanish which I think worked in our favour, ignorance is bliss right. The officer checked our stuff asked for registerstion however we had had 2 hours in lines ...

    ... called the Gaslamp district and was buzzing in the evening with restaurants and bars lining most of the streets. We also visited Little Italy with authentic shops and restaurants. The weather was sweltering in San Diego and was a perfect end to our time in the US. The roadtrip has been incredible - we've seen and learnt a lot about the country. Now it's time to catch our long flight to Fiji (12hrs) for the next leg of our adventure. Look forward to keeping you posted ...

    ... like the kind of guy who's good fun with a beer in him. He then invited us to the park to hang out with two of his sober friends... We politely declined his invitation. With that excitement out of the way we got a boat across the bay to get a taxi to Sea World. We got in the first taxi at the rank, maybe we should've skipped it.
