      Hi everyone. Sorry about the late entry. I had a lot on. Any way we spent most of the morning in the Dubai mall. It was massive. We found there was a theme park, an aquarium, an ice skating rink, a waterfall as well as shops. We caught the train all around the city. It was soo cool.       ... spent the next 10 minutes being hassled at the Old Souk which is a small market place. We were the only mad tourists so copped all the salesmen. Left there ( still raining) and walked up river bank about 10 minutes to the free dhow tour. Got there at 10.15 for the 10.30 advertised sailing.       ... above aren't the best in my opinion. Being so far above everything is an experience and from here buildings look like toothpicks in the desert sand. You need a lot of imagination to realize it's ten million people crawling around you like tiny nano-ants. It is high; very high. And open.
