A short walk from the station led us to the Staten island ferry port - there were emergency rescue and recovery trucks everywhere and some rather nice looking US navy guys in full uniform! Finally, I land in Frankfurt on Tuesday the 7th of August. And almost immediatly I feel like in a freezer : the weather is cooler, the buildings are like empty and the people are more distanced. Welcome back :). But this impression is jsut for a very short time. As soon as I arrive in Heidelberg I am so warmly welcomed by all my friends that I feel happy. Thanks guys!
