This was a great day!

We had a leisurely morning having breakfast and doing yoga in our room, getting ready at our own pace (after waking up with no alarm, when our bodies were ready - awesome!) then heading out to tour the town for the day.

We had a loose agenda, but were really just rolling along freely. We walked 18 miles for the ...

After about 15 minutes we appear out of the underground station starring at Big Ben, and right across the street from parliament. Holy Cow! What have we gotten in to? Half of London is on the sidewalk, and the other half is standing in the street holding machine guns looking at the half on the sidewalk. Anyway, ...

... walls of a tower at the top of the castle. Kissing it is not an easy task. In the past, people were hung by their heels over the edge of the wall to kiss it. This all changed when one day someone broke free from the grasp of his friends and you can guess what happened from there! Today, you must lay down on the ground and lean backwards, holding on to wrought-iron guide rails while an assistant holds your waist. Then you lower yourself ...
