A couple of us got up early and went to mass at Westminster Abbey. We were a bit late, and after the fact I found out it wasn't a Catholic Mass, but an Anglican Mass. It wasn't that much different from a Catholic mass, but there were a few.

It is still amazing to say I have been to mass at Westminster Abbey where the Royal Wedding Happened, and where Queen Elizabeth along with others before her went through their coronation ...

... we figure we have been half way across London and not seen a thing :)
Three tube changes later we arrived at Marks and Spencers in Oxford Street, Glenis spied a little Pub, we had a 1/2 pint and a light lunch before joining the thousands of shoppers - I bought a Bag and Glenis bought new knickers :)
