... I had the French traditional Petite dejeuner – Croissant, baguette, jam, coffee and juice. Best croissant I ever had (might have had some as good, but never better) – soooo buttery and flaky. Sam had a gallette complete (ham, egg and cheese) and was extremely satisfied and full after.

The museum is world famous for its collection of fossils from dinosaurs, plants and other prehistoric creatures, ...

Caught the ferry across from Mudeford to Hengistbury Head and walked past all the little beach houses, up the hill for a fab view along the coast. Dragged ourselves away from Sue, her lovely house and fantastic hospitality, popped in quickly to say goodbye to Valerie and then hit the road for the ...

... Parliament told us the MPs were in session. Fresh gold leaf on all of the monuments, buildings and bridges evidenced the 2012 Olympics and the Queen’s “Diamond Jubilee” (60th year on the throne - she's now 88 yrs. old).

In the square, next to Westminster Abbey, statues depict admired men such as Abraham Lincoln and Winston Churchill.

Walking up Whitehall we came to #10 ...
