... We finished off with La Sagrada Familia and it was one GRAND FINALE! Kudos to Leon! After the tour, we took the metro to La Rambla hoping to see La Boquieria as highly recommended by Joff's friend. Unfortunately, many establishments are closed on Sunday including La Boquieria. We ended up having quick bite at Pans and company, a food chain in Barcelona. Walked back and again.....arrived drenched due to heavy down pour ......but all ...

The view was unbeatable, all of Barcelona lay at our feet. It was late afternoon, a cool breeze had picked up, other tourists had either gone home or were sitting around chatting quietly and in ...

... clean! Reassuring after a night of bed bug horror! Tonight we cooked up a feast in the hostel and chatted away with the people in the hostel. Wednesday 18th - today we did a walking tour, which took us a good 50minutes to walk and find the bar even though it looked close on the map! Barcelona isn't a small city that's for sure! On the walking tour we visited la rambla (famous main street), old town, Jewish quarter, gothic quarter, Barcelona ...

... don't eat, yum food... I want to stop to eat at every tapas bar.... photos tomorrow, I will try not write too much tomorrow. I apologize for those of you who are sticklers for English, my writing and grammar are not my strength, I never did very well in English classes at school. But, you don't have to read it if this bothers you. But I hope you enjoy most of my blogs & pictures. 18/04/14 Ok, I have been out since 7am, I did ...
