    The day was disappearing so I quashed plans to visit the Olympic stadium and instead enjoyed the ride down the mount before riding sweatily back to the hotel where J soon appeared after her busy day. We refreshed and headed for a most local ale before re ambling into our own local Ramble de Poblenou where we joined the throngs and adorned a roadside table for a delish seafood meal enjoying a Riojas Red.
