... Had to stop halfway at a gas station to fill up. It was in the middle of nowhere, like one of those places where people stop in horror movies. Lol. A really nice guy filled the car up for me, and washed the squashed bugs on my window screen. A policeman pulled in and started chatting to me about Lulu. Well, we are becoming very well settled in here. The soak in the hot tub each evening, the quiet chats lounging around the table and time to sit and read are very relaxing.

To day was OUTLET MALL day! We traveled to Palm Springs and then under grey skies, chilly rain and very cold winds, we wandered in and out of shops like, Van Huesen, Tommy Hillfiger, Coach, Prada, ...

... to Palm Springs we hit a dust storm which closed the road leading to our hotel. We had to drive around town a bit, but it didn't cause too much of a problem as we just went to Koffis (again) for a couple of coffees. We spent the evening in relaxing, watching tv and waiting for the next natural disaster to hit!
