    ... get flooded out - there are numerous "Dips" in the roadways. I guess the water surges through so rapidly that no culverts could handle the boulders and debris ebbing with it. Interestingly, the dips are preceded by a huge bump in the road - if you go fast, you'll leave the seat. June hated that.
