500 S Farrell Drive Palm Springs, California Desert, California, United States, 92262
... off similar to the previous day - there isn't that much to do in Vegas during the day, so it was nice to have a sleep-in again. We visited the hotels further down the strip this time - the Paris, the Bellagio and Caesers Palace. We picked up our Elton John tickets from Caesars, visited the Elton shop (yes, I am a little obsessed), and saw the original Pussycat Dolls Lounge (I'm sure Jase was a little curious!!). We had lunch at the Paris - fantastic mall where the ...
Las Vegas, Nevada, United States jaskate... drank some more, lounged, and tanned. We woke up early on Saturday and all got pampered and massaged by three hot guys,it was great. We spent our last night, checking out some of the recommended spots from www.usdestinationguide.com and there's this great site called www.weknowhatyouneed.com that shows you what's going on all the time. Thank you Palm Springs!!!!
Palm Springs, California, United States mandyg... point of being shy (he could have been an English gentleman) Neil was a bit more outspoken I guess coz he originated from a rough part of Newark. Apparently, the place a picked up the RV, in Newark, is on the outskirts of New York gangland. I think that explains all the bumps, scratches and broken glass on the vehicle! Bill was very interested in my experiences with the RV, as though he wanted to do something similar. Which leads me to the point that, most ...
Palm Springs, California, United States barratt... me have to stop was the sign for Alien Fresh Jerky in Baker, Ca. Inside I not only found someplace ccol to chill out (pun intended) check out a very interesting and unusual store and have a chat with Mike, the employee on duty. Which I just recently turned into a podcast.. Here are a few more views before we hit the road.
Nipton, California, United States bmweerman... all the high-end hotels, Casino Royal seemed like a dump in the midst of some white trash social event, but hey...we play for free. They honored our coupons but there was a catch, we could only play on certain machines, which only pay out jackpots. We were up almost $600, but couldn't get the cash (you also get $50 coupon for opening an account with the casino ...

We tried to look for a place to eat steaks, NY-NY has a steak place ($40 average entrée), which we figured we'll skip. Monte Carlo also has a steak place ($50 average entrée), which we didn't want to spend that kind of money on dinner, so we opted for the café in the Monte Carlo which are opened 24 hours (basically a diner in the casino).
Las Vegas, Nevada, United States laorfamily... My birthday was lonely in the sense that I was at home by myself jobless, carless and totally broke. I wasn't alone though in the sense that from the moment I woke up till late at night everyone called me. Thanks to everyone who called me - you made my 32nd birthday sweet. Anita and Matt came to visit the weekend after my birthday. I basically picked em up from the airport and took em straight to the Hofbrau Haus. We ended up staying up till after the sun came up with ...

David was magical, haha no he was really good and I was quite impressed with all his tricks, but he seemed a bit tired of his whole act. He wasn't that exciting but it was worth seeing, I think. : ) Till tomm'
Las Vegas, Nevada, United States wheresnatassia... went to Alkatraz, the bendiest road and jumped on a tram. Next jetted of to Vegas to meet up with Liam (my lodger of two years from Cambridge) to have a weekend of free beer at the black jack tables, all you can eat buffets and 108'C temperatures. We even made money. Back to LA and a more hair dressing, highlights this time before heading of to Fiji.
