The instructions said we had to be at the Pima Air and Space Museum by 0930 at the latest as we were booked onto a tour. So it was another prompt up and off, with an early breakfast. Word on the street said that the temperature was due to rise to over 110 degrees by the afternoon.... weren't we stomping thorugh snow a day or so ago?? The tour we were on would last for 90 minutes and take us through the "boneyard" where thousands of military aircraft are stored, on ...
... shopping ended as usual, but Iris loves a shoe store so we kind of just hung out there longer than we needed so Iris could try on all the shoes. I guess you could say we took Iris to the shoe store for her birthday! Outside they had 2 bands playing so we sat and listened for a while before heading home. Tonight was steak and the works here at home. I had called the knee specialist that my doctor wanted yesterday and he DOES NOT take the insurance that I have, so called Dr back to tell him he needs to get one I ...
... I heard noises outside. It was Jerry trying to saw through some bolts. To paint the shed he needs to remove some braces that are really not needed, but the bolts are on the side to the shed and no way to get to them! Like ¼ inch space there! He had borrowed a reciprocating saw but the blade was not long enough. So he painted a bit, then we trimmed the pine tree-what a job, but no more rubbing on the roof and less needles to fall into my gutter! He went home and I ...
