... one problem with driving in Crete is the road signs are hard to find/see/follow and are written in Greek. The other problem are the drivers... Athens to Crete
... at all of the cars. Athens does have many wonderful museums and the Acropolis itself is unbelievable. We were good tourists for the most part. But somewhere along the way Cristine picked up a nasty bug and was pretty ill. Oftentimes traveling illnesses cast a shadow over everything, so we weren't really too sad to say goodbye to Athens.
