... what, but I immensely got into the show Sherlock. So fantastic! Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman both make an excellent pair :) I figure when I go to London at the end of October, I'm going to have to fangirl a little bit and visit Baker Street too. ... It's got lots of shops which range from supermarkets to famous sausage butchers and brand name outlets to lovely dress shops. The pretty river Ribble runs around the town and the moors form a back drop. The caravan park is right next to the river so I just have to walk through a gate in the hedge to reach the river bank. Our day stared with drama when the door wouldn't unlock on our hire car. After waiting an hour on hold on the phone and alot of stress that we were going to miss Dean's highlight of the trip the guy from the company finally worked out how to do it remotely and we were off on a very long 3.5 hour road trip.

... might be a good place to re-visit (despite the litter). The scenery is spectacular, the walking brilliant and varied, and the public transport is good. The weather was great when I explored the town and so it felt vibrant with many people strolling about the streets.
