... cannot fully describe the sight seen through the eyes. We followed the aspens down a dirt road to the river. The Colorado River is narrow at this point, and flowing nicely. There are a number of cars parked at the bottom, near the river bank, and a BBQ is alight. In the water stand a number of fly fishermen, all going about the business of catching fish for lunch. There was also some new snow falling at the pass which made visibility quite limited. But the views were incredible. The snow covered trees, the freshly plowed snowy roads and the dark, billowing clouds made for such a wintery day - the kind of day we all love!

Once we began our drive, we ...

... Boston on Friday night. It was an adventure getting to the airport (we went a way we don’t usually go and took a wrong turn in South Boston that put us on the Mass Pike heading west and ended up having to go 20 min out of the way.) See, Boston streets and signage can even screw up the people who live in the area sometimes! I ended up getting dropped at the airport in plenty of time despite our detour. I departed on the evening United flight to Denver where ...
