... The river had a meter next to it that monitored the water level by years. This area is one of the most prone areas in the USA to flooding and the water level has rose up to 30 feet from the current level. I thought it was good to educate the public on how brutal mother nature can actually be. The park was along the river and it was packed with people because of a spring festival going on.
