        ... the snorkel shop and went to Betty's cafe for their Wednesday lobster special AND we were able to watch some of the neighboring luau for free (as you are sitting right next door to the open air show)! A luau is a Hawaiian dinner show, where you eat local specialities, but also are entertained by dancing and acts. We wanted to get a flavour of the luau, without paying $125 per person (especially as the boys would have turned their noses up at most of the food!) so ...

        ... at the turtles they encounter, we explore the reef by ourselves. We have seen turtles on at least half our dives, so we chose to investigate the interesting geography and fish of the reef itself. By 9:15 we had disembarked at the Makena Resort beach, stripped off our swimming suits and rash guards and were warming up under the shower in our room.         ... is not that impressive referring to the length of my legs, but when Darryl had his legs straight out in front of him he barely reached them under the seat in front of him! Perfect.         ... overlooking the beach. The food was excellent - I had the Munchog fish special and a Kona beer. We had a good time sharing our experiences on Maui.. From our discussion, it appears both of us have kept very busy during our time here. It was good seeing Dave and Heather again. We had a good time.

        ... hour which was awesome and went to whalers village. The last day I was in Maui I wanted to do a bus tour so hopped on the public bus and headed around the island ended up in north and south kehei a really nice beach village was lovely! Had.
