More walking yesterday and last night. Glad we are setting off in the car today. we are both a little footsore and my knees and hips are feeling it. Wes's back is a little tender. ... we went for a bit of a walk down the block, and I must say; America is a backwards country. I keep looking left when I'm meant to look right to cross the road. I keep moving left instead of right to move out of someone else's path, and when I bought $3.07 worth of stuff from the Seven Eleven with a $5 note, I got 1 note and 8 coins as change! We packed up wet tents today after it had rained all night and headed towards the Windy City (chicago). We had another huge drive day ahead of us so we did the best we could to get it done quickly. Once again the drive wasn't super exciting and the scenery kind of reminded me of home but besides that nothing too noteworthy. ... hopped on Divvy bikes down the street. It's the greatest idea ever. We paid $7 for a day pass for 2 bikes. The catch is you have 30mins to make it to the next bike station otherwise you have to pay $8 if your a minute late. Once you make it to the next divvy station you lock your bike in and put a new code in, which they give you when you swipe your credit card. There's a bike station always within a 5 minute bike ride.
