The Last NightI convinced Jonny to come out at about 8 pm after a couple of hours rest to check out a free concert in the Pritzker pavilion and some major public art sculptures we has only glimpsed in passing. The concert was a tribute to Louis Armstrong and Ella with a jazz orchestra, but not of real interest to either of us as we heard it. But the entire pavilion and lawns were packed with 8000 people, those on the lawn with food and picnics and wine bottles ...

Flew to Steamboat ,Colorado which is about a three hour flight. Small a airport,only be used in winter season from Chicago. From the airport by shuttlebus to our accommodation in Steamboat.
