There are lots of English retirees here which means that there are lots of clubs for my grandparents to join and English restaurants and bars for around so we have had traditional English food here as well as Spanish food. Its a very nice place with perfect sunny weather but its very quiet in winter and there are lots of things closed. Tomorrow morning we have to leave for London, it doesn't seem like we have been here long enough to already be leaving again!

According to legend he was beheaded in Jerusalem, shipped back to what is now Santiago, lost at sea, then washed ashore covered in scallops, hence the pilgrim shell.
