... at work when they were excited and when everyone had done a great a job, so I was experienced. We met some guys there in which my Aunt thought it might be fun to set me up with one of them. After the show, they walked us to our car and since the parking lot was packed out for the next hour, we decided to have a dance party in the parking lot. We had fun groovin' and movin' and great aunt and niece time. Much needed for the amount of times I get to ...

A great idea, and somewhat efficient until the train stopped mid way. No idea why. The explanation was forthcoming, along with regular updates, but we don't speak Japanese so it was wasted on us. Our theory was that if no-one else was panicking, we shouldn't either. I was really proud of Ian. I ...

... off to the side of the road and untangled the mess. It just so happens that while staying in Hot Springs, AR, Uncle John had given Erika two extra bungee cords that she then passed on to Amanda to save the day! Thanks Uncle John!

At the beginning of the day we stopped at a McDonald's and ended up meeting Mark Johnson, author and photographer of Argyle Armada. This book looks worthy of a check out. Here is the link to his website if you're ...

      A much needed break

A travel blog entry by vrosebaker on Dec 27, 2011

... mom picked us up from school we immediately went to the Mission Inn (in Riverside) just because we could. Around Christmas they have a lot of decorations and the plaza has caroling, ice skating and other festive stuff. This was a good start to our break and it is coming to a close quickly since we have a week before classes start.

By my next update my classes will have started and second semester will be well under way. Until then Happy New Year!!!!!!!!
