... go sightseeing... a euphemism for walk lots all over the City of Vancouver..

First stop was the waterfront where we saw one of the Princess Lines cruise ships loading up to head North to Anchorage.. We wondered if that was the ship that would take us back down the inside passage in a weeks time.

We came across a shed on stilts.. Think it is a bit of art and not of function..

... whales playing in our wake. Amazing animals. We had a delicious 5 course dinner of scallops, mushroom soup, fried goat cheese on greens, fillet mignon, and chocolate cake with a melted center with coconut ice cream. Truly a delicious and very filling meal. Diet starts Saturday!!!!! We went back to the Colony Club for our good byes as we watched the sunset from the Radiance of the Seas one last time.

... months but there was also smashed houses lining the beach. We walked around to Bounty Beach where most of the accommodation options were to find one to fit our budget. Any of the new structures were quite pricey even though the majority of the island was in shambles. Doesn't really add up right? Anyways, we settled for a fan room with nothing but a bed and a bathroom and it was still $11 each! We felt we could find cheaper but after a long travel day we could care less ...
