... toch eindelijk het backpackers-walhalla gevonden: Khaosan road. Dit is het Ramblas van Bangkok. Khaosan rd. bestaat uit een hoofdstraat met vele kleine straatjes daaromheen met maar één doel: de backpacker zo goed mogelijk te vermaken. Hier begon ons gevecht dan ook met de marktkoopmannen! After a few great days in Siem Reap, Josh and I flew to Bangkok on July 22nd so Josh could make his flight home on the 23rd. First of all, Bangkok is a really weird place. We stayed in an area of the city called Sukhumvit, which was where a lot of the nice western hotels were located. So that’s it, ive actually done more exploring in 2 days here than in one week on Koh Phangan, I think ive now lost the lazy bug I seemed to catch there, the resting was great, but im definitely back on it with the exploring and traveling vibe! That’s it for now, hopefully ill be going to a sky bar tonight!
