... dancing through the open corridors. A stack contrast to the heat and dust of the city. Again our welcome was royal. A carriage ride from the front gate, a shower of welcoming rose petals and of course the obligatory glass of champagne. Our butler, Privak took us to our room. ... After globalization Katie Jacci and I headed to the bathroom to change. We were all surprisingly very hungry for the first time right around now. We can't play on an empty stomach! The tailor, Satish at Ambika Tailors in Abids, takes all my measurements, since I have not been to him before. Then I choose the necklines for my dresses. It only takes about 20 minutes, and we are on our way home in time for evening tea. We drop Jagdish off to meet with his St. Paul's friends. Lavanya and I are home by ...

... unprocessed food, everyday cardio through biking and walking, and dance/yoga classes to sculpt my body. When I get home, I will be a completely different person, inside and out. It is time to get serious about my health and I will do it with a smile. No pain, no gain!

      Until next time, take care!

P.S. - I am spending my birthday (August 15th) in Bangalore! I will be leaving Tuesday, August 14th and returning to Hyderabad on Tuesday, August 20th.
