We paddle a bit and. At least today we see no snakes in the water so that is good. Once we are back in the car we driven for a bout 40 minutes to descend out of the park, but only by 2,000 feet, then once we are out and heading back up the main I-395 road, this climbs back up to ...

Today's the day!! The first day of the rest of my life! So looooong San Diego!

Today is a travel day to Mammoth Lakes to meet up with a bunch of my friends for a buddy's (Pete) 40th birthday weekend full of awesome riding, drinking beer, and more riding. Is there a better way to kick off a 3 month sabbatical? I think not.

Oh wait, I can't even walk 10 paces without ...

Shop 'til you drop

Last night we stayed at the Country Inn and Suites by Ontario airport just off the I-10 and right next to Ontario Mills shopping mall and outlet, the largest single storey shopping mall in the US apparently. So it's no surprise what we are gonna do today! After a big breakfast at the hotel we shop and shop and shop. Awesome discount bargains at Abercrombie, Hollister, Coach... We even had to buy ...
