Perfect location between beach and main strip

Great location backing right on the beach and the front is on the main strip. 150 metres from the Surf Life Saving Club.
Was great accommodation, spacious, clean and good service with all mod cons.
          Highly recommend.

We woke up at the same time again with Kev knocking on our door, only this time we had to get all the bedding off the beds and the bins out the rooms and everything clean before leaving. Breakfast was the same again and after we packed everything up be were ready to leave for our final day. I was pretty nervous about driving so had been promised that the first bit was a nice easy, quick drive along flat hard sand. So I hopped in the front of the ...

Thursday morning the 13th and we jump onto the bicycles for a planned ride south to Maroochydore 20km away and a ride along the foreshore. We follow the scenic cycle path along the coast and arrive at the outskirts of Maroochydore where we are disappointed by the lack of safe cycle paths to allow us to get to the ocean foreshore. After a couple of twists and turns I decide to call it quits and retrace our ride. I am not happy with cycling along some of the narrow ...

... wondered a while we jumped back in the car and got back to the hostel. Washed all the sand off and chilled. Actually ended up falling asleep. Woke up around 20:00 when we decided we should probably have some dinner. Walked about 15 minutes down the road and found some pasta place. Not the best pasta I've had but what do you expect from an outback town in Australia trying to imitate Italian cuisine. Fell right back to sleep when we got back and was our cold for the night. ...

We went further up the coast to check out Noosa. It's a popular holiday place, and because of easter it was full of family with kids. It's a bit like Byron Bay, with a good surf and nice nature, but in the same time very different. The people here drink champagne instead of beer and walk in high heels instead of flip flops. So not ...

... the newspaper haha)) but we managed to pick up.a set in Brisbane for a budget breaker of $6...3 so we were very chuffed it's even got the Aussie flag on!!

As soon as we started playing the heavens opened an it began to rain- typical. We just looked at each other and laughed. Think we laughed more as we have no way of drying off as our towel is in the back pack which is left in the storage room!! That being the case we just ran in the sea, we were ...
