    ... to see 2 of 4 black bear cubs, and quite a few different species of eagles recovering. There are a few animals onsite that won’t ever make it back to the wilderness, like the Bald Eagle with the wing that broke too badly for him to ever fly again, and the bald eagle with the prosthesis beak because he was shot.

    ... power at a campground, so we've switched it over to gas to see if that still works. On the campgrounds' website we'd read about hiking a trail that takes you to a spot that's great for sea lion spotting and sometimes even whale watching - the Cable Bay Trail to Dodd Narrows.     ... and stop at Domino's pizza for our supper, we are hungry, and two 14" pizzas are delicious and enough for us. We did not try Domino's last year in USA, so it was our first choice this year.
    The motel has a huge room with a queen bed, a single bed, a sofa-bed, living room, kitchenette...
    We really liked it, but could not enjoy for a long time on our first night, because minutes after 9:30 pm we fell asleep, jet lag, I guess...
