Corfu was surprisingly warm today, around the mid 70s, which was warm enough for us to spend some time at the Aqualand water park. I've never been to a larger water park and we make is just in time before they closed for the winter. Me and my buddies played around until it began to get cool towards the late afternoon.

I don't know what they put in the Southern American water, but whenever a latin beat comes on, the little 80-year old gals throw their walkers to the side, stand up and start gyrating their hips in 360 directions without a second's hesitation. And their husband's do the same. It makes you feel like a teenager just watching them. It's so, so great.

... three levels, 5, 6 and 7, for shopping, eating, drinking, lounges, and entertainment. Levels 8, 9, 10, 11 and parts of 12 and 13 are for sleeping cabins. Levels 15 and 16 have swimming pools, bars, spa pools, tennis court, mini golf, beauty spa, gym, kids club, disco and an often frequented gelato spot, which serves the biggest tubs we have seen yet.

... there was another rally this time the Prime minister was making a speech in the square we decided not to hang around for it but went to collect our bags and go for some soulvakli.

The boat was due in at 9 but was late due to the weather conditions so we waited in the cafe at the harbour when we got there guess who was there only Brian and the American girls turned out they were getting the same boat as us. Brian was taking an unfortunate suspect back to scum ...

... LEAVE ME. I DIDN'T KNOW YOU WERE ALL UP HERE" and we were like "umm Dave, you'd been up here and just went down to get your wallet" and he had zero memory of being at the restaurant at all...... And forgot to get his wallet. Fun times.

After dinner we kept escaping back to the boats for more drinks and chilling in this lounge area by the pool and then I got sung happy birthday too and bought birthday shots and Matt had even organised an ice-cream cake. So sweet ...

... middle of the sea before sailing without the motor on (very cool, all sitting on the side of the boat to get a good angle to catch the wind) and docked in Corfu for the evening. Had an amazing dinner at this little taverna (where we docked had this one taverna and a jetty and that was it) where we had real calamari and chips and bottomless bowls of Greek Salad (I know you'd expect it to be good cause we were in Greece but the salads seriously exceeded all ...

... they spend a lot of time relaxing, because they live on an island. I have only one dislike. The water was too cold and dirty for my taste, but there are a lot of swimming pools around, so I didn't need to swim in the open. This journey was a fun journey and I will never forget it.
