A 0600 am wake up was on the cards today for our little day trip to Zermatt, a village in the alps at the foot of the Matterhorn the famous and highest mountain peak in Switzerland. Lakes, Mountains n Horw
After waking up early n having a refreshing swim in the lake (which looked very mystical due to some fog blanketing the surface) we packed up n hopped on to our next destination.
We got the train to Luzern (on which a group of about 30 old ladies all got on together, sat around us, and proceeded to natter noisily- as in full blown sqwarking) its a slightly bigger town so we hopped on another short train to a place called Horw which we had seen advertised at our last campsite.
