      ... mainland China and Taiwan, admittedly we're only tootling along at around 16 knots but the sea is so calm, it really is like a mill pond!! Just a very big one ;-) Lunch of salad and soup again then down to the Curzon to hear the second talk from the wildlife photographer guy, he's talking about filming the Living Planet today. It's interesting to hear about and see some behind the scenes footage. Back to the cabin and watched the port talk on Hong Kong ...

      ... course lots of walking. I did some snorkeling, swimming, cave exploring, played in fresh water water falls and saw some amazing sunrises and sunsets.       ... East Asia. It was a pretty impressive size to explore even if the heat did dampen our enthusiasm somewhat!

      The flight from Penang to Kuala Lumpar was not the best for me as I have a cold and this appears to cause issues with equalising to the pressure. I spent most of the flight in pain and once we got to ground level was stuck half deaf. 12 hours later my ears still haven't cleared and I'm having to work hard not ...

      ... and toffee situation - it was super sweet -even too much for sweet tooth Jimmy! My buko shake was probably the winner on the day, with pure coconut pulp, coconut milk and ice - so freaken good. The food didn't turn out as well with some dodgy pork belly that tasted exactly like pig, the raisin rice and carrot roll turned out to be a deep fried sausage thing, and the heat was insaneeeee but all good practise!
