... mange a trip around the block of the Ardnamarkan peninsula which really cool. Visited some funny back roads and a castle of course. Getting there truly was the fun. We also had a walking day where we walked the dog and then managed about 7kms around the bay. Made it back before the next storm rolled in, although we were more than a little wet. Really fun.

Tomorrow we head for Plockton, which is further north. We hope to catch ...

... shops and cafés were closed for the winter, but we called into a centre called Nessy Land which turned out to have a cafe and a gift shop as well as a kids centre. We had a hot drink and a lengthy chat with the gentleman working there whilst we waited for the exhibition centre next door to open. Safe to say the Loch Ness exhibition centre is interesting but a complete rip off, we were both disappointed as it had been awarded 5 stars for tourism attractions. The exhibition ...

... in the mountain views, every now and then when the clouds shifted you could see parts of Ben Nevis covered in snow - the highest mountain in the uk. Being a Sunday there wasn't much open in town but we managed to fill in the day wandering around exploring. Tonight we went to a local pub that was doing main meals for £1! Total bargain ...

... and headed off to Glasgow, little did we know that the scenery was just about to start getting even better. Glen Coe mountain was incredible, driving through this area it was massive mountains either side, with waterfalls and streams coming down the mountain in so many spots at once it was hard to take in the beauty. this is area is also a skiiing area, we couldn't imagine how beautiful it would look covered in snow.

... the top of the loch. We visited the Loch Ness Exhibition Centre which was pretty cool. They stamped out very quickly that there is absolutely no proof that Nessy is actually out there, which we though was pretty awesome. Telling us the facts. It went through their eye witnesses and their photos. It also went through all the different research methods they tried in order to find the Loch Ness Monster.
